We handle the full bar from setup to last call — including mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and a team of experienced bartenders. Service is designed to keep things moving, so guests aren’t stuck waiting and the energy of the night stays consistent. It’s also one of the only places every guest interacts with us, which is something we’re always mindful of.

Whether we’re bringing our trailer bar, setting up a portable bar, or working within a venue-provided setup, everything is adapted to your space. We step into what’s already there and make it feel seamless, cohesive, and ready to serve.
We handle more than just what’s behind the bar — from the initial planning to the final pour, everything is set up to feel smooth, organized, and fully taken care of.
This includes all mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and a professional, OLCC-certified bartending team. You’ll also receive a detailed alcohol shopping list and guidance leading up to your event, so you know exactly what to purchase and how much to plan for.
On the day of, we arrive early to set up, keep service running efficiently throughout the night, and handle breakdown at the end — so you don’t have to think about any part of the bar experience.
